Margarita obtains a Degree in Law in 1991, (University of Navarra, Pamplona). After performing a Master, she does an internship outside Spain. She settles down in Marbella to join the firm “Carretero Abogados” in 1998 and becomes a partner of “Javier Carretero y Asociados” ( JC&A Abogados) in 2003. In 2019 she founded Ros Abogados y Asesores Fiscales.
Her main areas of professional practice include: Real Estate Law/Property Law, Civil Law (liabilities and contracts) and Commercial Law (especially in the areas of contracts, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law). She regularly takes part in legal auditing processes within the context of real estate transactions (real estate projects, promotions, developments and acquisitions), providing advice to Spanish and foreign companies and individuals on all kinds of matters connected with her areas of practice. She intervenes in national and international real estate acquisitions and financial transactions.
Another of her professional assets is the focus on civil proceedings mainly related to the real estate and construction industries. She additionally deals with proceedings having to with condominium properties and real estate complexes.
Margarita actively keeps her training and knowledge up to date by taking part in programmes, talks, seminars and workshops connected with her areas of practice.
